About This Role

The Digital Marketing and Support Engineer at RSH Network will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital channels while also providing technical support. This hybrid role combines marketing expertise with technical know-how, making it ideal for candidates who want to work at the intersection of technology and marketing.


The role involves managing SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and digital branding initiatives, while also supporting clients with troubleshooting and solution implementation. Candidates will gain exposure to global technology ecosystems including Red Hat, Microsoft, IBM, Google, and Nutanix, and contribute to RSH Network’s Cyber Defense security division.


Salary Range: β‚Ή2.4 to β‚Ή3.0 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels




  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation




  • Handle social media presence and create engaging content aligned with RSH branding




  • Provide technical support for clients and internal teams on cloud/security solutions




  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to align marketing with business goals




  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements




  • Assist in branding and promotional activities for RSH Network and Cyber Defense solutions



Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field




  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)




  • Experience in social media campaign management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)




  • Knowledge of content creation, branding, and digital advertising




  • Technical troubleshooting and customer support skills




  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, Google Cloud)




  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, or similar)




  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
