About This Role
As a Cybersecurity Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our Threat Management Solutions, Cyber Defence Services, and Security Consultancy Projects. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills to engage clients, identify their security needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
You will act as the bridge between our technical teams and client organizations, ensuring that projects are successfully initiated, supported, and scaled. Your mission is to help enterprises strengthen their cyber resilience while expanding our companyβs footprint in the security and consultancy domain.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity consultancy and threat management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, CTOs, etc.).

Understand client pain points and map them to our cyber defence solutions.

Present and demonstrate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to design proposals, RFP responses, and project plans.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.

Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide ongoing support for projects.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats to refine sales strategies.

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts: threat management, SOC operations, endpoint security, cloud security, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).

Familiarity with security products and services (firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IAM, penetration testing, vulnerability management).

Ability to translate technical features into business value propositions.
Sales & Business Development Skills

Proven track record in B2B and B2C solution sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.

Experience in consultative selling and handling complex enterprise accounts.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.

Qualifications

Certifications like EC-Council Certified Sales Specialist (ECSS), CompTIA Security+, IBM, RedHat, Microsoft or vendor-specific sales accreditations are a plus.
