Business Development & Presales Executive
About This Role
The Presales and Sales Executive at RSH Network will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with enterprise clients and partner ecosystems. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong business acumen. Candidates will work with global technology leaders such as Red Hat, Microsoft, IBM, Google, and Nutanix to design and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
This position involves preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, conducting client presentations, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The executive will collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and with marketing teams to support campaigns.
Salary Range: βΉ2.4 Lakhs per annum + performance-based incentives on sales.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business needs and propose solutions

Collaborate with presales engineers to design technical proposals

Generate leads through networking, partner channels, and outreach

Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and product pitches

Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners

Track sales pipeline, report progress, and achieve revenue targets

Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and events
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions

Ability to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver client demos

Knowledge of partner ecosystems (Red Hat, IBM, Microsoft, etc.)

Basic technical awareness of cloud and security solutions (preferred)
